Für dieses Jahr habe ich mir vorgenommen wieder mehr auf meinem Blog zu schreiben und es gibt nichts was ich mehr liebe als Reviews zu teilen. Besonders, wenn es um Schokolade geht!! Im positiven Sinne natürlich :) Es war die Gojibeeren in Sesamnougat Tafel, welche ich im Biomare in Leipzig entdeckte. For this year I actually want to share more on my blog again and there's nothing I love more than doing reviews, especially about chocolate!! If you didn't know yet: I'm a huge chocolate lover and go crazy for that sweet melty deliciousness. A few years ago I bought my first Zotter chocolate which completely messed up my mind in a very positive way. I can clearly remember that it was the Goji Berries in Sesame Bar which I found in Biomare in Leipzig. Before Christmas I bought another bar which reminded me about this heavenly taste. Zotter counts to one of my favorite chocolate brands and not only the taste convinces me: Behind the company you can find so much love, care and sustainability which I want to support with heart while recommending them to you! Ayurveda Genusskur
Ayurveda Delights

Diese Sojakuvertüre ist gefüllt mit Sesamnougat, Ingwer und Datteln und hat Noten von Kardamom, Koriander und Zimt. Beim öffnen empfindet man direkt den Geruch von Sesam. Geschmacklich sehr mild, Ingwer und Dattel habe ich kaum rausgeschmeckt. Dafür finde die Textur sehr gut genauso wie den Schmelz!

This soy chocolate is filled with sesame nougat, ginger and dates and has flavors of cardamon, coriander and cinnamon. You can already smell the sesame. Taste-wise it is very mild but couldn't taste the ginger or dates. However I love the texture and the melt of it!

Tierschutz ist ein Volksbegehren
Animal Welfare is a Referendum

Diese Tafel gehört zu einer meiner Favoriten, da sie gleichzeitig auch den Tierschutz unterstützt. Beim Kauf gehen 50 Cent an das Tierschutzsvolkbegehren. Ihr könnt dazu genaueres auf der Website und auf der Verpackung herausfinden. Die Nobelbitterschokolade ist gefüllt mit Haselnuss Nougat und Haselnuss Krokant, was man sehr gut schon auf dem Bild erkennen kann. Das macht sie zu einem rundum perfekten Haselnussgeschmackerlebnis! Besonders mit dem knusprigen Krokant. Ich zähle sie mit zu meinen Favoriten in diesem Review!

This bar is one of my favorites as it support the animal welfare additionally. You donate 50 cents to the animal protection petition by buying it(More info is written on website and inside of the packaging). The chocolate is a nobel dark chocolate filled with hazelnut nougat as well hazelnut brittle which you can perfectly see in the picture. I'm feeling like a cute squirrel eating it! This makes it to a perfect hazelnut flavor experience! The crunch adds a nice special and it perfectly exhibits the flavor of hazelnuts in a whole. I count this one to my favorites from this review!

Schokomousse mit Rum
Boozy Chocolate Mousse

Diese Schokolade überzeugt mit dem himmlischen Duft! Ich trinke nicht oft, liebe dafür aber Schokolade und Süßigkeiten die Alkohol enthalten umso mehr. Das Mousse, welches aus Cashews gemacht ist hat eine super weiche und fluffige Konsistenz. Sie riecht meiner Meinung nach besser als sie schmeckt aber ist trotz dessen sehr lecker!

This chocolate strikes with its heavenly smell already! I don't drink often but the more I love chocolate and sweets which contain alcohol. The mousse made from cashews inside is super soft and fluffy. The taste is as good as the chocolate looks already! It smells better than it tastes in my opinion but is still very tasty!

Walnussnougat
Walnut Praline

Ich war super gespannt auf die ganzen verschiedenen Nougat Sorten. Daher musste ich von allen zuerst das Walnussnougat probieren. Das Walnussnougat im inneren, welches mit Sternanis verfeinert ist passt perfekt zu der dunklen Schokolade, wozu sich zwischen den beiden Schichten noch eine Lage vegane weiße Reis Kuvertüre befindet. Der Schmelz ist wahnsinnig gut!

I was really excited about the nougat chocolates so this was the first bar I tried from all chocolates I received. The walnut praline inside which has a hint of star anis goes so well with the dark chocolate coating whereto you can find another layer of vegan white rice couverture in between. Absolutely loving it. The melt is outrageous!

Sesamnougat
Sesame Praline

Das Sesamnougat ist mit 130g größer als die Originaltafeln von oben. Man kann sie daher beispielsweise besser zum backen oder Pralinen selber machen nutzen. Auch hier riecht man wieder direkt den leckeren, intensiven Sesamduft und schaut wirklich aus wie reines Gold! Der Schmelz ist perfekt! Es schmeckt wie Nougat eben aber milder als das übliche Nougat, was es zu kaufen gibt. Und nicht zu vergessen die Qualität!

This chocolate bar comes with 130g so is bigger than the original bars from above. It's better to use for baking and making pralines yourself. Here again the sesame smell is really intense and it's like pure gold to me! Melts perfectly! It tastes like Nougat but a lot milder than the nougat which you can buy everywhere. And the difference in quality of course!

100% Peru 

Diese Schokolade aus 100% Kakao ist von der Labooko Reihe die interessanteste für mich. Diese Serie beinhaltet Kakao aus Ländern aller Welt, wozu die Kreationen verschiedenste prozentuale Kakaoanteile haben. Jede Packung beinhaltet zwei in Goldpapier umhüllte Tafeln. Was ich am meisten an dieser Reihe liebe sind die farbenfrohen Verpackungen, die mit dem Kontrast der dunklen Schokolade harmonieren! Da freue ich mich natürlich, dass die Peruanische Schönheit in meiner Lieblingsfarbe lila ist :) Und der Geschmack? Wenn ihr den intensiven, reichen Geschmack von Kakao wirklich liebt wird euch diese Sorte umhauen. Das Gefühl ist anders, man isst sie nicht in einem Bissen weg sondern lässt sie langsam auf der Zunge zergehen während man die Qualität und Hochwertigkeit spürt. Ein wirkliches Geschmackserlebnis <3

This bar is the most exciting one from me from the Labooko collection as it's just 100% pure cocoa. The Labooko line involves cocoa from countries all over the world whereto the creations have a different cocoa percentage. Each comes with two bars wrapped in gold. What I love the most about these is the colorful packaging in contrast to the dark and rich chocolate! I'm surely super glad that this Peruvian beauty comes in my favorite color purple :) And the taste? If you truly love the taste of rich and deep cocoa you'll be blown away by this one. The feeling is different, you don't eat it away in a bite but let the chocolate slowly melt on your tongue while feeling the quality and excellence. It's a pure taste adventure <3

Von der Crema Reihe habe ich mich für zwei verschiedene Sorten entschieden, wovon drei vegan sind(Ich habe schon einiges von der Crema Haselnuss probiert also nicht wundern, warum das Glas leerer ist :-)) Eigentlich sind sie dazu da, um sie auf's Brot zu schmieren aber ehrlich gesagt finde ich es schwierig sie nicht vorher schon aufzuessen haha. Ich liebe es auch sie geschmolzen über Müsli, Pfannkuchen oder Fruchtsalaten zu geben :) Auch hierzu möchte ich nochmal erwähnen, dass alle Aufstriche genauso wie die Schokolade komplett ohne Palmöl auskommen! 

From the Crema range I went for two different flavors whereto three are vegan(already had a bit from the Hazelnut Crema so don't wonder why the jar is emptier :-)). These are surely for spreading it on bread but honestly, I always find it hard not to eat it away in advance haha. I also love to put it melted over cereal, pancakes or fruit salads :) And here again I like to mention that every spread same with the chocolates are all completely palm oil free!

Crema Haselnuss
Crema Hazelnut 

Diese Creme riecht nicht nur unglaublich nach Haselnüssen sondern schmeckt wie reines Nougat! So intensiv im Geschmack und wie schon gesagt, schwer es überhaupt aufs Brot zu bekommen :D

This not only smells but also tastes like pure nougat! So rich in flavor and like I said before it's really hard to not eating it before it even goes onto your bread :D

Crema Hanf
Crema Hemp

Die Sorte Hanf hat nicht nur eine mega coole Farbe sondern riecht auch sehr interessant. Es ist schwierig den Geschmack zu beschreiben aber ist sehr nussig und schmeckt irgendwie "grün" aber alles andere als negativ gemeint :D Die Sorte ist auch nicht so süß wie Haselnuss und mag ich persönlich viel lieber, da es mal etwas anderes ist!

This one not only comes in a super cool color but smells very interesting. It's hard to describe but it has a nutty flavor and really tastes "green" but not in a bad way at all :D It's also not as sweet as the chocolate version and personally like it a lot better as it is something special!

Kokostafel mit Orangen und Maracuja 
Coconut Bar with Oranges and Passion Fruit

Die Hammer Choco Reihe hat einige vegane Optionen wozu diese weiße Schokolade hier zu meinen Favoriten gehört. Wenn du weiße Schokolade und Kokosnuss mit einem fruchtigen Touch liebst wirst du diese hier lieben! Großzügig durchzogen mit großen Orangen und Maracuja Stücken welche so gut zum sanften Kokosgeschmack passen. Definitiv ein Muss für jeden Frucht und weiße Schokolade Liebhaber!

The Hammer Choco range has a few vegan options whereto my favorite is this white chocolate beauty here. If you love white chocolate and coconut with a fruity touch you'll go crazy for it! Studded with generous chunky of orange and passion fruit and goes so lovely with the light coconut taste. Definitely a go for fruit and white chocolate lovers!

Quadratur des Kreises: 70% dunke Schoko mit Ahornzucker
Squaring the Circle: 70% Dark Choc with Maple Sugar

Eine ganz neue Kreation von Zotter sind diese Schokoladen Quadrate, die sich um das Thema Zucker drehen und welche entweder komplett ohne oder nur mit Zuckeralternativen wie beispielsweise Ahornzucker, Kokosblütenzucker, Fruchtsüße oder Dattelzucker gesüßt sind. Ich denke nicht, dass es beabsichtigt war, aber die Buchstaben auf den Tafeln erinnern mich an die Tumblr und Internet Explorer Logos :D 7 der 11 Sorten sind vegan. Zum Geschmack: An guter Schokolade merkt man, dass man sie langsam auf der Zunge zergehen lässt anstatt zu kauen. Diese Schoki erinnert mich sehr an die 100% Labooko Peru nur süßer mit einem karamelligen Unterton. Mit dem 70% Kakaoanteil ist sie immer noch etwas bitter aber nicht zu stark für jemanden, der keine Bitterschokolade mag.

A new creation from Zotter's range are these sugar-themed chocolate squares which are either completely sugar-free or only sweetened with sugar alternatives such as maple-, coconut blossom, fruit- or date sugar. I don't think it's on purpose but the letters on the chocolate remind me so much of the Tumblr and Internet Explorer logos :D 7 out of 11 sorts are vegan. Now to the taste: You know a chocolate is good when you slowly let it melt in your mouth instead of chewing it. This one reminds me a bit of the 100% Labooko Peru but sweeter with a caramel taste. It’s still on the bitter side with its 70% but not too strong for someone who's not into bitter chocolate.

Dunkle Dekor Titties

Die hier mussten natürlich unbedingt mit, da sie sich perfekt als Dekoration für einen tollen Kuchen oder Cupcakes machen! Meine LGBTQ Community ist schon wirklich groß und bin sehr dankbar und stolz, so viele tolle Seelen um mich zu haben. Vielleicht kann sich der ein oder andere an meinen bekannten Small Boobs Post erinnern. Der kam mir auch direkt wieder in den Sinn. Ich finde es einfach eine tolle Idee und die Nippel machen jeden Kuchen zu einem besonderen Eye Catcher :) Daneben gibt es auch vegane Monde und Herzen!

I totally had to go for these as I think they're such a cute idea for decorating a cake or cupcakes! My LGBTQ community is so strong and I'm thankful and proud to have so many hearty souls around me. Maybe the one or other can remember my popular Small Boobs Post which I immediately had to think of after seeing these. I think this is such a super cute idea and these nipples make every cake to a special eye catcher :) They also have super cute vegan moons and hearts available!

Apart from this review I'd like to give you a bit more impressions into the Zotter world:

Die bekannten Trinkschokoladen! Ich habe sie selbst noch nicht probiert da ich Schokolade lieber esse als zu trinken, habe bis jetzt aber nur Gutes dazu gehört. Ich würde mich für Chili Bird's Eye entscheiden, da der scharfe Geschmack sich bestimmt unheimlich gut in der süßen, heißen Schokolade macht.

Their famous drinking chocolate! didn't try it yet as I like to eat my chocolate but heard so much good feedback so far. I would personally go for the Chili Bird's Eye version as the spicy taste must go so well with the hot sweetness.

Nicht zu vergessen die Mitzi Blue. Mein Favorit ist definitiv die Starry Sky Tafel, geschmückt mit Sternen und Monden, welche aber scheinbar momentan leider nicht verfügbar ist. Die Tafeln generell machen an sich aber ein perfektes Geschenk und das Auge isst ja bekanntlich mit :)

Not to forget the Mitzi Blue range. My favorite is definitely the Starry Sky which is decorated with stars and moons but seems to be out of range right now. But each makes such a great gift and you know, you eat with your eyes too :)
